This SMS Privacy Policy (“Policy”) describes how Innovations24 LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and protects information in connection with our SMS text messaging program.

By providing my phone number, I consent to receive SMS text messages from Innovations24 LLC for appointment reminders, marketing messages, and general two-way communication. Msg frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for support. Reply STOP to opt out.

1. Information We Collect

When you opt in to receive SMS messages from Innovations24 LLC, we collect the following information:

  • Your mobile phone number

  • Your opt-in consent and the date/time of consent

  • Your opt-out requests and the date/time of opt-out

  • Message delivery and read status data

  • Your name and business affiliation (as provided during client onboarding)

All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information collected through our SMS program solely to:

  • Send you appointment confirmations, project status updates, and service notifications related to your consulting engagement

  • Facilitate two-way conversational messaging between you and our employees

  • Process your opt-in and opt-out requests

  • Maintain records of consent as required by law

  • Improve our SMS messaging services and customer experience

3. Sharing of Information

We do not sell, rent, or lease your personal information to third parties. We do not share, sell, or disclose any mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, or SMS consent information to any third parties or affiliates for any purpose, including but not limited to marketing, promotional, advertising, or any other commercial purpose.

For non-SMS-related business information only (excluding all mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, and SMS consent), we may disclose limited information in the following narrow circumstances:

None of the above exceptions apply to your mobile phone number, SMS opt-in data, or SMS consent information. These categories of data are never shared with any third party under any circumstance.

4. Data Security

We retain your mobile phone number and opt-in consent records for the duration of your participation in our SMS program and for a reasonable period thereafter as required for legal and regulatory compliance. Upon opt-out, we will retain only the minimum information necessary to honor your opt-out request and to comply with legal obligations.

You have the right to:

  • Opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP, QUIT, END, REVOKE, OPT OUT, CANCEL, or UNSUBSCRIBE to any message

  • Request deletion of your personal information, subject to legal retention requirements

To stop receiving SMS messages from Innovations24 LLC, reply STOP to any message. You will receive a confirmation that you have been unsubscribed. For additional help, reply HELP or email info@innovations24.com.

8. Message Frequency and Rates

Message frequency varies based on your consulting engagement activity. Message and data rates may apply. Innovations24 LLC does not charge for text messages, but your mobile carrier’s standard messaging rates may apply.

9. Children’s Privacy

Our SMS messaging program is intended for business clients and is not directed at individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted at this URL (https://www.innovations24.com/privacy-policy-sms) and will take effect immediately upon posting. We encourage you to review this Policy periodically.
