By "Opting In" or using a "Text Message Service" (as defined below) of Innovations24 LLC, you accept these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

Types of Messages: By opting in you may receive appointment confirmations, project status updates, service notifications, and conversational messages related to your consulting engagement with Innovations24 LLC.

Message Frequency: Message frequency varies. The number of messages you receive depends on your engagement activity and whether you initiate conversations.

Message and Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply. Contact your wireless carrier for details about your messaging plan.

Opt-Out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to the number from which you received our messages. After you send the STOP message, you will receive a confirmation that you have been unsubscribed and will no longer receive SMS messages from that number. You may also text CANCEL, END, QUIT, or UNSUBSCRIBE to opt out.

SECTION 1

Text Message Service

"Text Message Service" includes any arrangement or situation in which Innovations24 LLC sends one or more messages addressed to your mobile phone number, including text messages (such as SMS or successor protocols or technologies). By consenting to receive text messages from us, you agree to these Text Messaging Terms and Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy at https://innovations24.com/privacy-policy.

By agreeing to receive text messages, you also consent to the use of an electronic record to document your agreement. You may withdraw your consent to the use of the electronic record by replying STOP.

Program Description

Innovations24 LLC is a technology consulting firm based in Houston, Texas, specializing in AI & innovation, data transformation, business applications, enterprise architecture, and portfolio & project management optimization using the Microsoft technology stack.

When you opt in to our SMS messaging program, you may receive the following types of text messages from Innovations24 LLC: appointment confirmations and reminders for scheduled consulting sessions, discovery calls, and project review meetings; project status updates and milestone notifications related to your active consulting engagements; service notifications including system maintenance alerts, delivery updates, and engagement-related announcements; and two-way conversational messages with your assigned Innovations24 consultant or project manager regarding ongoing work.

This Text Message Service is intended for conversational person-to-person communications between you and our employees. Messages are sent only to individuals with an existing business relationship who have provided prior express consent.

SECTION 3

Consent & Opt-In

By providing your mobile phone number and opting in through our website contact form at https://innovations24.com/contact, verbally during a project engagement call, or by texting START to our business number, you expressly consent to receive recurring SMS messages from Innovations24 LLC as described in these Terms.

Your consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services from Innovations24 LLC. You may opt in or opt out at any time without affecting your consulting engagement or business relationship with us.

SECTION 4

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies. We may send you an initial message providing details about the service. After that, the number of text messages you receive varies depending on how you use our services and whether you take actions to generate additional messages from us (for example, by sending a request for HELP). You may receive messages when appointments are scheduled, rescheduled, or confirmed; when project milestones are reached; when service-related notifications require your attention; or during two-way conversations initiated by you or your assigned consultant. You will not receive marketing or promotional messages through this SMS program.

Message & Data Rates

We do not charge you for the messages you send and receive via this Text Message Service. However, message and data rates may apply. Depending on your plan with your wireless or other applicable provider, you may be charged by your carrier or other applicable provider. Please consult your mobile service plan for details. Innovations24 LLC is not responsible for any charges assessed by your wireless carrier.

SECTION 6

Opt-Out Instructions

If you do not wish to receive further text messages from Innovations24 LLC, you can opt out at any time. Simply reply to any text message from us with any of the following keywords: STOP, CANCEL, END, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE, REVOKE, or OPT OUT.

After you text STOP to us, we will send you a reply message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. You will no longer receive SMS messages from that Innovations24 LLC number. If you wish to resume receiving messages, you may text START at any time to re-subscribe.

Please note that opting out only applies to the specific phone number that received the opt-out keyword.

If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program or need assistance, reply with the keyword HELP to any message received from Innovations24 LLC. You will receive an automated response with support contact information.

Innovations24 LLC respects your privacy. We only use information you provide through this service to transmit your mobile messages and respond to you. This includes, but is not limited to, sharing information with platform providers, phone companies, and other vendors who assist us in the delivery of mobile messages.

Mobile information will not be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes.

All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Nonetheless, we reserve the right always to disclose any information as necessary to satisfy any law, regulation, or governmental request, to avoid liability, or to protect our rights or property.

Supported Carriers

SMS messaging is supported on most major U.S. wireless carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Innovations24 LLC makes no guarantee that messages will be delivered by any particular carrier or within any specific timeframe. Delivery is subject to effective transmission by your wireless service provider.

Eligibility

You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age to participate in the Innovations24 LLC SMS messaging program. By opting in, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and that you are the account holder for the mobile phone number provided or have the account holder's authorization to opt in.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Innovations24 LLC provides SMS messaging services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the availability, timeliness, or accuracy of SMS messages. We are not responsible for incomplete, lost, late, or misdirected messages, including but not limited to messages that are undelivered due to technical issues with your wireless carrier, device incompatibility, or any form of filtering applied by your carrier or device.

SECTION 12

Modifications to These Terms

Innovations24 LLC reserves the right to modify these SMS Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated Terms at this URL. Your continued participation in the SMS messaging program after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

SECTION 13

Governing Law

These SMS Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Harris County, Texas.
